স্কুলের চাকরিতে বদলির জন্য উৎসশ্রী পোর্টালেই আবেদন , বদলির জন্য রাজ্য সরকারের উৎসশ্রী পোর্টাল কাজ করতে শুরু করেছে। এবার থেকে শিক্ষকদের বদলির জন্য ধরাধরি কোন দরকার নেই উৎসশ্রী পোর্টালে আবেদন করলেই সে আবেদন খতিয়ে দেখে বদলি করা হবে ।
অনেক শিক্ষক আছে যারা স্কুলে পড়াতে 60 থেকে 70 কিলোমিটার দূর থেকে আস্তে হচ্ছে, তাই তারা বদলির জন্য অন্যান্য শিক্ষকের সঙ্গে কথা বলে নিজেদের বদলি চান । সেই সমস্যার সমাধান করতেই রাজ্য সরকার উৎসশ্রী পোর্টাল খুলেছেন এবং রাজ্য সরকারের এই উৎসশ্রী পোর্টালে কাজ করতে শুরু করেছে । এ বিষয়ে কিছু প্রশ্ন উত্তর আলোচনা করা হলো ।
প্রশ্ন (শিক্ষক ): এত দিন হয়ে গেল আমি আবেদন করেছি, কিন্তু আমার কোনও উত্তর আসেনি।
উত্তর: একটা পরিস্থিতির কথা বলছি। দেখা যায় অনেক স্কুলে একটি বিষয়ের এক জনই শিক্ষক। ধরা যাক, একটি স্কুলে জীবন বিজ্ঞানের এক জন শিক্ষক আছেন। তাঁকে স্কুলে পড়াতে ৬০-৭০ কিলোমিটার দূর থেকে আসতে হচ্ছে। তিনি চাইছেন, বাড়ির নিকটবর্তী স্কুলে তাঁর চাকরিটা হোক। তাঁর দিক থেকে এটা সঙ্গত দাবি। আবার প্রধান শিক্ষক বলছেন, আমার যদি ওই বিষয়ে একজন শিক্ষকই থাকেন, তা হলে কী করব! পাঁচ বছর ধরে নিয়োগ না হয়, তা হলে তো এক জন শিক্ষকই থাকবেন। আমাদের ক্ষেত্রে নিয়ম হচ্ছে, যদি কোথাও একক শিক্ষক বা সিঙ্গল টিচার থাকেন, তা হলে সেটা স্কুলের সিদ্ধান্তের উপরেই ছাড়া হয়। (- শিক্ষামন্ত্রী ব্রাত্য বসু)
প্রশ্ন (শিক্ষক ):কেন আটকে আছে প্রক্রিয়া? মধ্যে মাঝে কেনই বা বেশি সময় লাগছে ?
উত্তর: কোনও কোনও জায়গায় জেলা পরিদর্শকের কাছে ফাইল আটকে আছে। কারও কোভিড হয়েছে বলে ফাইল আটকে আছে।

Step2: Click on "Apply For Transfer"
Step3: Check eligibility and documents required and click on Proceed.
Step4: Enter your details and log in and also verify OTP.
Step5: You can select mutual transfer or Self initiated transfer.
Step6: Enter required details and submit.
Step7: You can check application status.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- The applicant should be confirmed and serving in the present school in the present post for at least five years.
- Applicant must be within 59 years of age
- Place of posting should be more than 25 km in case of secondary schools
- Primary teachers will not be able to apply within the same Circle
- No teaching/non-teaching staff would be allowed to apply within five years of last transfer
- If anybody has refused a transfer order he/she will not be able to apply again before completion of seven years
- If anybody is under suspension, facing any Disciplinary proceedings/judicial proceedings or charges of financial irregularity he she shall not be able to apply for transfer
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED
- Documents relating to any illness
- Documents relating to physical disablement (above 40%)
- Birth certificate of child for female teacher
- Distance certificate between places of posting of both spouses
- Distance certificate between place of posting and permanent address
- Size of documents should not exceed 200 KB
