Age Limit
As on 31st December, 2021 the applicant age should be within
17 to 25 which means candidates are going to apply should born before 31st
December,2004. Age relaxation is per government rules applicable.
Pattern of Test
Each subject will consist of two sections. Section A will consist of 35
Questions and Section B will have 15 questions, out of these 15 Questions,
candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions.

Application Process
You can apply online application through mentioned website and given
links, can be submitted from 13 July to 1st August you have to go to
the official website and registered after registration money has to be paid and
take all necessary printouts. Here is the steps to apply online
Step1: Visit the
Official Portal
Step2: Read the
Official Notification carefully before applying
Step1: Apply for
Online Registration using your Parents/Guardians or your own unique Email Id
and Mobile No.
Step3: Fill in the
Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.
Step4: Upload scanned
images of candidate’s latest passport size photograph (jpg file size: 10 kb to
200 kb); post card size photograph (4”x6”) (jpg file size: 10 kb – 200 kb);
siature (jpg file size: 4kb - 30kb)
Step5: Pay the
application fees through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net-banking/UPI/Wallet and keep
proof of fee paid safely for future reference.
Step6: The Online
application portal will be active from 10:00 hours on 27.06.2021 to 12:00 mid
night hours on 31.07.2021.
Step7: Download, save
and print copies of Confirmation Page after successful remittance of fee and
keep copies safely for future reference
N.B. : Application Form for NEET (UG) – 2021 has been divided into Two
Sets/Phases. The first set of information needs to be filled up before the last
date of submission of the online Application Form. The second set of information
needs to be filled up by the candidates before the declaration of the Result/
downloading of Score Card during the period that would be notified separately
through NEET (UG) Portal in due course.
Documents needed
1.Scanned or e-copy of passport size photographs of the candidate.
2.Scanned copy of the signature of the candidate.
3.Scanned image of e-version of left-hand thumb impression of the
student.
4. Class 10th Marksheet.
Mode of selection
Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine
gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen and the selection shall be made based on
examinations and skill test.
